Beta Readers are Loving It! Be still my heart... :)

Got exciting news this morning! My mum's been reading Questmyre and ate up 6 chapters last night. She's loving it and I'm always happy to hear someone has enjoyed my work...feel like a chef who delivered a delicious meal. Had a small round circle with some beta readers and was surprised at some of the symbolism they found in the book (some of which I wasn't aware I put in there). Only criticism was she said she would have liked a little more drama... ah well, so now I know what to put in Book 2 ;)
